TICC Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock At $9.65

TICC Capital Corp. (the "Company")

announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $9.65 per share for total estimated gross proceeds of $29 million. The closing of the offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to take place on August 20, 2012. In connection with the offering, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 450,000 additional shares of common stock.
