STAG Industrial, Inc. Announces Pricing Of Public Offering Of 8.0 Million Shares Of Common Stock

STAG Industrial, Inc. (NYSE: STAG) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $14.15. The offering is expected to close on August 15, 2012. The Company granted the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock.
