Sunshine Heart Announces $20.125M Public Raise

Sunshine Heart, Inc.

announced today the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 2,875,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $7.00 per share. The offering size has been increased from 2,500,000 shares to 2,875,000 shares. In addition, Sunshine Heart has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 431,250 shares solely to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on or about August 15, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.
