Gaylord Entertainment Announces Secondary Offering of 5.64M Shares

today announced the commencement of an underwritten secondary offering of 5,643,129 shares of its common stock offered by TRT Holdings, Inc. Gaylord Entertainment will not receive any proceeds from sales of common stock by the selling stockholder. Gaylord Entertainment will sell shares in the offering only to the extent that the underwriter exercises its option to purchase additional shares of common stock in the offering.
