Sinclair Declares and Increases Quarterly Common Stock Dividend 25% to $0.15 Per Share

Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBGI) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. This is a 25% increase to the previous $0.12 quarterly dividend per share. The dividends are payable on September 14, 2012, to the holders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2012.
