Chuy's Holdings Sold 6.7M Shares in Offering for $79.6M

Chuy's Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHUY) today announced the completion of its previously announced initial public offering at $13.00 per share. The Company sold a total of 6,708,332 shares of common stock, which included 874,999 shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option. Total net proceeds to the Company from the offering, after deducting underwriter discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, were approximately $79.6 million. The issuance and sale of the shares closed on July 27, 2012.
