CYS Investments Announces Pricing of 40M Share Offering at $13.70

CYS Investments, Inc.

(the "Company") today announced that it priced an underwritten public offering of 40,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $13.70 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 6,000,000 shares of common stock. The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on July 16, 2012.
