Lincare Holdings (NASDAQ: LNCR) added 20.96% to $41.15 in the pre-market session. German Linde AG (OTC: LNAGF) agreed to buy Lincare Holdings for $4.6 billion.

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co (NYSE: GT) moved up 12.19% to $13.25 in the pre-market session. Goodyear Tire's PEG ratio is 0.14.

Amylin Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: AMLN) soared 9.01% to $30.74 in the pre-market trading. Bristol-Myers Squibb Co (NYSE: BMY) agreed to acquire Amylin Pharmaceuticals for around $5 billion in cash.
