Acacia Subsidiary Enters Into License and Settlement Agreement With MathWorks, Inc.

Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTG) announced today that its Computer Software Protection LLC subsidiary has entered into a license and settlement agreement with MathWorks, Inc. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. The technology generally relates to product key activation software.
