WPPGY reported that its operating company, GroupM, will buy South Korea's Alchemedia Inc for an undisclosed amount.
Alchemedia's audited revenue came in at 1.4 billion Korean won for the year ended December 31, 2011.
WPP shares closed at $60.86 on Friday.
