Acacia Subsidiary Enters into License and Settlement Agreement with IFS North America, Inc.

announced today that its Automated Facilities Management Corporation subsidiary has entered into a license and settlement agreement with IFS North America, Inc. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The technology relates generally to managing the maintenance of building facilities.
