Superior Uniform Says Kirschner Will be Chairman, Benstock Will Step Down

Superior Uniform Group, Inc.,

, today announced that Chairman Gerald M. Benstock notified the Company that he will be stepping down from his position as Chairman of the Board after 62 years of service to the Company effective June 30, 2012, and will continue to serve as a director for the remainder of his term. Mr. Benstock does not intend to stand for re-election to the Board at the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
