Getty Realty Corp. Resumes Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.125

Getty Realty Corp.

announced today that its Board of Directors unanimously approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per common share payable on July 12, 2012 to shareholders of record on June 28, 2012. The Board of Directors decided to re-initiate quarterly dividends based on the initial progress the Company has made in repositioning of the properties previously leased to Getty Petroleum Marketing, Inc.
