American Realty Capital Properties Announces Upsizing and Pricing of Follow-On Offering of 3.25M Shares of Common Stock

American Realty Capital Properties, Inc.

announced today the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of common stock at a price of $10.00 per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The size of the offering has been upsized from 3,000,000 shares to 3,250,000 shares. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of 487,500 additional shares of common stock to cover any over-allotments. The Company expects the transaction to close on June 18, 2012.
