From Earlier: Michael J. McGowan Promoted to Chief Operating Officer of On Assignment

recently announced the promotion of Michael J. McGowan to Chief Operating Officer. McGowan will continue to lead Oxford Global Resources, On Assignment's IT and Engineering Division, headquartered in Beverly, MA, as division president. As chief operating officer, he will also have four additional On Assignment divisions reporting to him: Life Sciences, Allied Healthcare, Nurse Travel, and Physician. McGowan will continue reporting to Peter Dameris, President and CEO of On Assignment.
