The Bank of France lowered its growth forecast for the country's economy.
The bank now expects the French economy to contract 0.1% in the second quarter versus the earlier three months.
France posted no growth in the first three months of the year. According to the French central bank, its business sentiment indicator for the industrial sector declined to 93 in May, versus 94 in April.
