KMG Chemicals to Transfer Stock Exchange Listing to NYSE

KMG Chemicals, Inc. (Nasdaq: KMGB) (NYSE: KMG) announced today it will transfer the listing of its common stock to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) from the NASDAQ Global Select Market (NASDAQ). The Company expects to begin trading on the NYSE on June 20, 2012 under the symbol “KMG”, but will continue to trade on NASDAQ until the transfer takes place.
