American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. Announces Pricing of 11M Share Offering for Gross Proceeds of $253M

American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: MTGE) announced today that it priced a public offering of 11,000,000 shares of common stock for total expected gross proceeds of approximately $253 million before expenses.

In connection with the offering, the Company has granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 1,650,000 shares of common stock to cover overallotments, if any. The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on May 30, 2012.
