Ku6 Media Announces Resignation of CFO

Ku6 Media Co., Ltd.

today announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Tony Shen and appointment of Acting CFO Frank Feng, both effective on May 16, 2012. Mr. Shen resigned from his position as CFO for personal reason and the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Mr. Frank Feng, the current Vice President of Finance and Controller, as the Acting CFO of the Company.
