UPDATE: GSV Announces Pricing of Follow-on Offering; 6M Shares at $16.25/Share

today announced that it has priced a follow-on offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at $16.25 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of $97.5 million. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares of common stock. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of this public offering to invest in portfolio companies in accordance with its investment objective and strategies, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
