NorthStar Realty Finance Announces Pricing of 20M Shares Offering at $5.70

NorthStar Realty Finance Corp.

announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 20,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $5.70 per share. The Company has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,000,000 additional shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on May 9, 2012. Deutsche Bank Securities is acting as the sole book-running manager of the offering.
