Domtar Increases Regular Quarterly Dividend by 29% to $0.45

today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 29% increase to its quarterly dividend (from $0.35 to $0.45 per share) on its common stockas well as on the exchangeable shares of Domtar Paper Inc. The Board of Directors declared the dividend payable on July 16, 2012 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2012.
