Engex Receives Plan Approval From NYSE

On April 26, 2012, the Exchange notified Engex, Inc.

that it accepted the Fund's plan to regain compliance with Section 1003(a)(iii) and Section 1003(b)(v)(A) by June 11, 2012. Currently, the Fund is not in compliance with continued listing standards of the Exchange and its listing is being continued pursuant to an extension until June 11, 2012.
