China Nepstar Chain Drugstore Ltd.

today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of US$0.60 per American Depositary Share, which represents total distribution to shareholders of approximately US$60 million. The special dividend is payable before or around June 7th, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of market on May 7th, 2012.
