PURE Bioscience, Inc. (NASDAQ: PURE) today announced that research conducted by scientists at the University of Arkansas demonstrates the superior efficacy of PURE Hard Surface over quaternary ammonia for cleaning and decontaminating food contact surfaces.

The research was conducted at the University of Arkansas by the Center for Food Safety and Department of Food Science in conjunction with the Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering.
