International Speedway Corporation

today announced an increase in its annual dividend and the re-election of three members to its Board of Directors. ISC declared an annual dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on June 29, 2012, to common stockholders of record on May 31, 2012, marking the 39th consecutive year that the Company has paid a dividend to its shareholders. ISC paid an annual dividend of $0.18 per share in 2011.
