Bodycote Acquires Curtiss-Wright Heat Treating Business

reported that it has bought the heat treatment business of Curtiss-Wright Corporation

for $52 million (32.55 million pounds). In the twelve months to December 2011, the heat treatment business posted EBIT of $7.7 million on sales of $36.5 million. CW shares closed at $37.01 on Friday.
