Dunkin' Brands Group Announces Upsizing and Pricing of Secondary Offering; 26.4M at $29.50/Share

Dunkin' Brands Group, Inc.

today announced the pricing of an upsized public offering by certain of its stockholders of 26.4 million shares of its common stock at a price of $29.50 per share. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.96 million shares from certain of the selling stockholders.
