AmeriGas Elects Jerry E. Sheridan and K. Rick Turner to its Board of Directors

AmeriGas Propane Inc., general partner of AmeriGas Partners, L.P.

, announced that Jerry E. Sheridan and K. Rick Turner have been elected directors of AmeriGas Propane, Inc. Mr. Sheridan, 47, is president and chief executive officer of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., having previously served as vice president and chief financial officer and vice president and chief operating officer. Prior to joining AmeriGas in 2005, Mr. Sheridan served as president and chief executive officer of Potters Industries, Inc., a global manufacturer of engineered glass materials and a wholly owned subsidiary of PQ Corporation.
