WidePoint Subsidiary iSYS Announces New Contract Award by the State of Utah in Support of a Multi-State Wireless Management Contracting Opportunity

WidePoint Corporation (NYSE: WYY) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, iSYS, LLC, has been awarded a Master Agreement contract to provide the Western States Contracting Alliance with Wireless Management and Contract Compliance Services led and issued by the State of Utah.

The contract period of performance is February 1, 2012 through January 31, 2015. This three-year contract was a multi-award, indefinite-duration/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract, and it is available to the State of Utah and all 52 members of the NASPO Cooperative, including the 15 members of WSCA.
