Sanmina-SCI Calls for Partial Redemption of 8.125% Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2016

Sanmina-SCI Corporation (NASDAQ: SANM) is calling today for redemption on April 9, 2012 $100.0 million in aggregate principal amount of its 8.125% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016.  The aggregate principal amount of the Notes currently outstanding is $250.0 million.  The CUSIP number for the Notes being called for redemption is 800907 AK3.  Upon redemption, holders of the Notes being redeemed will receive $1,027.08 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes being redeemed to, but excluding, the redemption date.
