US stock futures are lower this morning. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average dipped 98 points to 12,863.00 and S&P 500 index futures fell 11.40 points to 1,353.00. Nasdaq 100 futures dropped 20.75 points to 2,595.25.
US stocks closed lower on Monday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropping 0.11% to 12,962.81, the S&P 500 index declining 0.39% to 1,364.33 and the Nasdaq 100 index dipping 0.86% to 2,950.48.
Data on February nonfarm payrolls will be released on Friday.

Asian markets ended lower, with Japan's Nikkei Stock Average declining 0.63%, China's Shanghai Composite dropping 1.41% and Australia's S&P/ASX 200 moving down 1.35%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng index dipped 2.16% and India's Sensex dropped 1.09%.
Nymex crude-oil futures dropped $0.62 to $106.10 a barrel in electronic trade on Tuesday.
The euro fell 0.6% against the US dollar to trade at $1.3135. The dollar declined 0.7% versus the Japanese yen to trade at ¥80.93.
