UPDATE: The Chubb Corporation Announces Dividend Increase to $0.41 from $0.39

The Board of Directors of The Chubb Corporation

today declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.41 per share payable April 3, 2012 to shareholders of record on March 16, 2012.  This represents an increase of $.02 per share or a 5.1% increase over the $0.39 dividend paid last quarter.
