Dave Peterschmidt, President and Chief Executive Officer of CIBER, Inc. (NYSE: CBR), today announced that Rick Genovese, formerly EVP of CIBER's North America operations, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for all of CIBER's operating divisions.
