Allstate Increases Quarterly Dividend by 4.8% to $0.22

The Allstate Corporation

today announced a quarterly dividend of 22 cents on each outstanding share of the Corporation's common stock, payable in cash on April 2, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 5, 2012. This dividend is a 4.8 percent increase from the dividend declared in the previous quarter.
