Brightcove Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering; 5M Shares at $11/Share

Brightcove Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $11.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on February 17, 2012 under the symbol "BCOV." In addition, Brightcove has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
