Albemarle Announces 14% Increase in Quarterly Dividend to $0.20

Today, the board of directors of Albemarle Corporation

increased the quarterly dividend to $0.20 per share from $0.175 paid last quarter. The dividend is payable April 1, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business March 15, 2012. The new annualized dividend rate is $0.80 per share.
