Goldman Sachs Asset Management to Acquire Dwight Asset Management from Old Mutual Asset Management

Goldman Sachs Asset Management announced today that it will acquire Dwight Asset Management, a Vermont-based stable value money manager, from Old Mutual Asset Management. Subject to certain conditions, Dwight is expected to become a part of GSAM in the second quarter of 2012. Goldman Sachs Asset Management is the asset management arm of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
