PEI Licensing, Inc. Announces Agreement with Shoe Confession for Pro Player Footwear

PEI Licensing, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Perry Ellis International (NASDAQ: PERY), announced today that it has entered into an exclusive license agreement with Shoe Confession, LLC to manufacture, design and distribute men's and boys athletic and casual sport footwear under the Pro Player brand name.

Shoe Confession, LLC is a New York based footwear company that manufactures quality athletic, hiking and casual footwear for men, women and children.
