AmeriGas Propane Raises Partnership Distribution 3%

Directors of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., general partner of AmeriGas Partners, L.P.

, have declared a quarterly partnership distribution of $0.7625 per limited partnership unit, payable February 17, 2012 to unitholders of record February 10, 2012. The annualized distribution represents a 3% increase to $3.05 per limited partnership unit from the current $2.96 per limited partnership unit. Eugene V.N. Bissell, president and chief executive officer of AmeriGas said, “We are pleased to be officially announcing this distribution increase as a means of tangibly demonstrating the benefits of the Heritage Propane acquisition to our unitholders.”
