Questcor Pharmaceuticals Releases Transcript of Telephone Interview with TheStreetSweeper

On Monday, January 16, 2012, Questcor (NASDAQ: QCOR) management participated in a telephone conversation with Melissa Davis, who identified herself as a "reporter" for TheStreetSweeper. At the beginning of the conversation, management asked that the call be recorded and Ms. Davis provided her consent.
TheStreetSweeper is scheduled to release a 2-part report, based on the interview, on Tuesday January 17, 2012 and Thursday January 19, 2012. A Questcor spokesperson told Benzinga on Friday the company may choose to launch its own investigation, or to take legal action against TheStreetSweeper, based on the content of the report.
