Copano Announces Public Offering of 4.5M Common Units

Copano Energy, L.L.C. (NASDAQ: CPNO) today announced the commencement of a public offering of 4,500,000 common units representing limited liability company interests in the company. Copano also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 675,000 additional common units if the underwriters sell more than 4,500,000 common units in the offering.
