announced today its intention to offer to sell, subject to market conditions and other factors, $50 million in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes through a reopening of its series of 7.50% Senior Notes due 2019. Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the sole underwriter for the offering. The Notes are being offered as additional notes under the indenture, dated as of November 16, 2011, as supplemented by the first supplemental indenture, dated as of November 16, 2011, between Amerigroup and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee, pursuant to which Amerigroup issued $400 million in aggregate principal amount of its 7.50% Senior Notes due 2019 on November 16, 2011
