RTI International Metals To Acquire Remmele Engineering

RTI International Metals Inc

announced its plans to acquire Remmele Engineering for $164.5 million. RTI will also assume $18.0 million in Remmele's debt. The deal is likely to close before the end of the first quarter. RTI shares gained 0.13% to $23.44 in after-hours trading.
