From Earlier: CreXus Investment Corp Announces Dismissal of Lawsuit

CreXus Investment Corp. (NYSE: CXS) announced yesterday that its motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed against CreXus was granted. The lawsuit, brought in relation to CreXus' rejection of an unsolicited offer it received in March 2011 for the outstanding shares of the company, was heard in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. The plaintiffs have the right to appeal the decision.
