was ordered by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to cease operations at its facility in St. Joseph, Missouri. The subsidiary of Israel-based Teva Pharmaceuticals had failed to comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations in its quality control, employee training and manufacturing practices. However, the compliance project is slowly winding down, and the plant should resume operations in the first quarter of this year.
