Alexion Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: ALXN) announced its plans to acquire drug developer Enobia Pharma Corp in a deal valued at up to $1.08 billion. ALXN shares dropped 1.30% to $70.00 in after-hours trading.
Chesapeake Energy Corp (NYSE: CHK) announced its plans to sell a pipelines unit to a partner co. for $865 million. CHK shares gained 0.09% to $22.68 in the after-hours trading session.
