Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are:

The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) announced its plans to cut its quarterly finished phosphate production by around 10%. Mosaic shares fell 1.87% to $49.35 in after-hours trading.

Leggett & Platt Inc (NYSE: LEG) projects weaker-than-expected full-year earnings and projects to take pretax charges of $36 million in the fourth quarter. LEG shares fell 1.22% to close at $23.45 yesterday.

Citigroup Inc (NYSE: C) announced its plans to sell its Belgian consumer business to French bank Credit Mutuel Nord Europe. Citigroup shares gained 0.34% to $26.22 in the after-hours trading session.

Alexion Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: ALXN) announced its plans to acquire drug developer Enobia Pharma Corp in a deal valued at up to $1.08 billion. ALXN shares dropped 1.30% to $70.00 in after-hours trading.

Chesapeake Energy Corp (NYSE: CHK) announced its plans to sell a pipelines unit to a partner co. for $865 million. CHK shares gained 0.09% to $22.68 in the after-hours trading session.
