A Peek Into The Market Before The Trading Starts
Pre-open movers US stock futures are higher this morning. Futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 24 points to 12,243.00 and futures on the S&P 500 stock index rose 3.20 points to 1,263.40. Nasdaq 100 futures surged 6.75 points to 2,291.25.
A Peek Into Global Markets European markets were higher today. The STOXX Europe 600 Index has gained 0.53%, London's FTSE 100 index rose 0.70%, German DAX 30 index rose 0.14% and France CAC 40 index surged 0.63%.
Asian markets ended mostly lower, with Japan's Nikkei Stock Average dropping 0.2007%, Australia's S&P/ASX 200 index declining 1.20% and China's Shanghai Composite gaining 0.18%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng index fell 0.5932% and India's Sensex dropped 0.92%.
Broker Recommendation Analysts at Global Hunter Securities initiated coverage of Cascade Corporation (NYSE: CASC) with a “buy” rating. The target price for Cascade is set to $60.
Cascade shares gained 1.01% to $46.88 in pre-market trading.
