Kratos Receives Exclusive Long Term Agreement for Missile System Flight Safety Electronics Equipment With Potential Value of $13.6 Million

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: KTOS), announced today that its Herley Industries, Inc. subsidiary has received an exclusive three year requirements contract with a potential value of $13.6 million from a major prime contractor for the continuing production of flight safety electronics hardware for five critical U.S. missile programs. To date, Herley has received first year contract award releases for two of the associated programs valued at $2.21 million. No additional details are being provided due to customer and other sensitivities.
