S.C. Johnson & Son and CTI Industries Corporation Enter Into Trademark License Agreement for Ziploc Branded Product Line

CTI Industries Corporation

today announced that it has entered into a Trademark License Agreement with S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. under which CTI will be licensed to manufacture and sell a line of vacuum sealing machines and pouches under the Ziploc® brand and trademark. The licensed product line will include vacuum sealing machines manufactured for CTI and pouches manufactured by CTI for use in the home to vacuum seal food items.
